Ingredients:
Kruchenyky
• 1 pound pork loin sliced into cutlets
• 100 grams mozzarella cheese, shredded
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 200 grams mayonnaise
• salt,pepper
• 3 eggs, beaten
• 2 tablespoons flour
• oil
Sauce:
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 carrot, shredded
• 4 tablespoons sour cream
• salt, pepper
• 2 bay leaves
• 1 cup beef broth
Directions:
• Use a mallet to pound out the cutlets paper thin.
• Sprinkle the cutlets with salt and pepper.
• Mix cheeses with garlic and mayonnaise.
• Spread the cheese mixture over the cutlets.
• Roll up the pork slices, tucking in the sides as best you can and securing each roll with toothpicks.
• Coat each meat roll in flour, then dip into egg wash, and then flour for the second coat.
• Heat the oil in a large frying pan and brown the pork rolls on all sides, approximately 2 minutes per side.
• Remove the toothpick and set the rolls aside on a plate.
• Add the onions and carrots to the pan and cook until softened and translucent, about 8 minutes.
• Add sour cream and beef broth, bring to simmer.
• Add salt and pepper to taste.
• Return the pork rolls to the sauce, ring to simmer, cover with the lid and cook for 20 minutes.
• Serve hot.
