Ingredients:
Dough
• 4.5 cups of flour
• 4 eggs
• 1 tablespoon of oil
• 1 cup of water
Filling:
• 1 pound of ground pork
• 1 pound of ground beef
• 1/4 cup of water
• Salt
• Pepper
• Garlic powder
Sause:
• 2 onions, finely sliced
• 1/2 pound carrots, shredded
• 3 table spoons of butter
• 6 table spoons of tomato sauce
• 3 minced cloves of garlic

Directions:
• Make the dough, roll it in a circle (1/10 of an inch thick, put the filling on top of it, and roll in a long roll, 2 inch diameter.
• Put the roll in the freezer for half an hour to let it cool down to be cut easily.
• Cut in 1 1/2 inch circles and fry in the butter on both sides.
• Meanwhile, sauté carrots and onions in the same pan, add salt, pepper, garlic, tomato sauce.
• Cover with water and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
• Add the fried rolls to the carrots and onions. If the rolls are not covered completely add some water.
• Cover with lid and let simmer for 25-30 minutes.
• Serve.
