Ingredients:
• 1 pound lamb, cut into 2 inch pieces
• 1 pound potatoes, quartered
• 1 pound mushrooms, quartered
• 2 onions, sliced
• 2 red peppers, sliced
• 2 teaspoons Svanetian salt
• 1 teaspoon Khmeli- Suneli
• 1 teaspoon Adzhika
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tomatoes, quartered 
• cilantro, chopped
• parsley, chopped
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 cup beef broth

Directions:
• Combine 1 teaspoon Svanetian salt, Khmeli Suneli, and Adzhika in a medium bowl; add lamb, toss to coat.
• Marinate meat in the spice mixture for 2-6 hours.
• Heat oil and butter in a Dutch oven.
• Add the lamb cook on high heat for 6 minutes. Set aside.
• Add the potatoes to same pot and fry for 10 minutes, until golden outside. Set aside.
• Add the mushrooms to the same pot and sauté for 10 minutes. Set aside.
• Sauté pepper for 10 minutes, until soft. Set aside.
• Sauté onions for 10-15 minutes till golden brown. Set aside.
• Return meat to the pot, add beef broth, cover, and cook on low for 20-30 minutes, until lamb is soft.
• Return potatoes, mushrooms, peppers, and onions to the pot.
• Add cilantro, parsley, tomato, garlic, and 1 teaspoon of Svanetian salt.
• Cover and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
